Athletes

Students who are interested in playing sports in college should speak to their coaches about what division they should be looking at and what the recruitment process is.  They should also speak with their guidance counselor and Mr. Chris Vega to ensure that their academic courses are on par with the NCAA requirements and to review the GPA/SAT scales in different divisions.

Transcripts and SAT scores must be sent to the NCAA and there is a fee for enrolling. Fee waivers are available for financially qualified students.

Even if a student is being given offers by a college, the student must still submit an official college application and notify the college office so official school documents can be sent.
