Students should take the SAT once in the spring semester of their junior year and once in the fall of their senior year.

Test scores should be sent to colleges by College Board.

Those who receive free or reduced price lunch are eligible for two SAT fee waivers, which waive the registration fee for the exam. Fee waivers are available in the College Office to students who are already registered to receive free or reduced lunch or who provide the most current 1040 tax return from that documents financial need as outlined by College Board.

Students who receive SAT fee waivers will also receive four college application fee waivers from College Board. They can be found in the students College Board account under the SAT section.

SAT Subject Tests are College Board exams that allow students to demonstrate their knowledge in a particular subject. Some selective colleges require their applicants to submit SAT Subject Test scores. Students are expected to research the requirements of colleges they are applying to. Students who have received SAT fee waivers are eligible for two Subject Test fee waivers.

Scores by phone |
Scores by phone are released according to the same schedule as online scores. This service does not send scores to colleges any earlier. To get your score by phone, call Customer Service. You will need your test registration number (printed on your Admission Ticket), your birth date, a credit card number, and the card's expiration date. |

Archived (older) scores order |
If you want to retrieve old test scores, you should request archived scores. You can request them by phone or mail. The standard fee for additional score report requests applies to each score report you wish to include with your order. |
